Throw Sized T-shirt Quilt - Finished!

Whew!  It is busy around here!  The warm weather has set in, so we're planting our garden, freshening up the landscaping, and opening the pool.  I LOVE this season!  Another thing I love about this season...it's graduation time and that means T-shirt quilts!  yeah!

Today, I get to share a super fun quilt that will be gifted by the local senior class to their theater teacher!  I wish I could be a fly on the wall to see his reaction.  <3

I'm loving more and more how meandering quilting looks over the t-shirts.  It's a different "groove" for me.  I have to run the needle a little faster but move my hands a little slower.  It's actually quite relaxing.

One of my very favorite things about this quilt is the binding!  I found this awesome, black, tone-on-tone fabric at my local fabric store and fell in love!  I'm going to need to go back for more.  You may see it again in the future!

I'm happy to say that this one was a smooth finish and a joy to complete.  <3

I have a few more quilt finishes to share with you over the next week, so I hope to see you back!  Thanks so much for stopping by!

Have an awesome day!
